Abbeygail Lucas-Valenciano is Head of Public Relations of Liberty Broadcasting Network, Inc. (LBNI) who leads the development and implementation of the company's strategic business and external communications as well as its corporate social responsibility initiatives. She has 10 years of experience in publicity work and private communications with various corporate stakeholders especially in providing direction and administration in terms of branding and marketing. She is equipped in developing employee and client management communications, further establishing goodwill for company image promotion with stakeholders and the community. Results-oriented and with a clear focus on high quality and business profit, she currently oversees the presentment of Liberty's brand - wi-tribe. She is in charge of its corporate information and messages as it is delivered through a wide range of media and has also pioneered all its Corporate Social Responsibility projects.

Prior to LBNI, Valenciano was Director of Communications of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where she piloted initiatives that brought the company to become the most awarded Business Process Outsourcing company in the country today. There she held the overall direction for three major areas of communications: Corporate Affairs, External Affairs, and Public Relations.

Valenciano holds a bachelor's degree in communication arts from the University of Santo Tomas. Valenciano also worked as corporate communications manager of Enchanted Kingdom Inc. and as communications specialist of Ayala Foundation Inc. She has also been part of Mirant Philippines Corporation where she implemented media plans and handled all its external communication requirements. With her management in promoting its marketability and reputation, the company was recognized with various awards which include the 2002 Anvil Award of Excellence, 2002 IABC Gold Quill Distinguished Award of Excellence, and 2001 IABC Gold Quill Award. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, People Management Association of the Philippines, Business Processing Association of the Philippines, and of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines. She also serves under the membership committees of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines.
